I finally listened to this CD and also to the other one by the same performer. The pianist is totally unknown and I never heard of him, but he is undoubtedly on a par with major so-called "great pianists" of today and even many of the past. Someone can tell me why he didn't manage to become a famous concert pianist, as he certainly deserved? On this fantastic blog (my favourite!) we are lucky enough to discover many unknown pianists (to be honest, we must admit many times deservedly so...) and young ones - hopefully full of still unexpressed potential. Quite rarely, one can sense the discovering of true wonderful musicians. Like Kocyan. That's priceless! Thanks to the blogger.
